Use of the "members only" areas on this website are governed by our Terms of Service. All members that sign up do so at their own will and therefore agree to be bound by these terms. 


For the purposes of these terms of service, Lockwood Entertainment Ltd, it’s owners, operators, authorised agents and any subsidiary or parent companies now or in future owned by Lockwood Entertainment will be named as “PRODUCING COMPANY”. The individual registering for an account on PRODUCING COMPANY'S website will be named as "SITE MEMBER".


It is the understanding and to the agreement of SITE MEMBER that all materials available on this website that is not already on licence (including but not limited to concept, design, text & music) is fully owned by PRODUCING COMPANY.


Should SITE MEMBER wish to use any materials posted on this website, whether personal or commercial, they must obtain written permission from PRODUCING COMPANY. 


For purposes of this section, "Confidential Information" shall include all information or material that has been shared in members only sections of this website regarding this project or information that could have commercial value or other utility in the business in which the Disclosing Party (LOCKWOOD ENTERTAINMENT/PRODUCING COMPANY) is engaged. 


SITE MEMBER shall hold and maintain all Confidential Information in strictest confidence for the sole and exclusive benefit of PRODUCING COMPANY. SITE MEMEBER shall carefully restrict access to Confidential Information to any other third parties as is reasonably required.


SITE MEMBER shall not, without prior written approval of PRODUCING COMPANY, use for SITE MEMBER's own benefit, publish, copy, sell, or otherwise disclose to others, or permit the use by others for their benefit or to the detriment of PRODUCING COMPANY, any Confidential Information. COLLABORATOR shall return to Disclosing Party any and all records, notes, and other written, printed, or tangible materials in its possession pertaining to Confidential Information immediately if PRODUCTION COMPANY requests it in writing.


The non-disclosure provisions of this Agreement shall survive the termination of this Agreement and COLLABORATOR's duty to hold Confidential Information in confidence shall remain in effect until the Confidential Information no longer qualifies as a trade secret (I.E the release of the finished product) or until PRODUCING COMPANY sends SITE MEMBER written notice releasing SITE MEMBER from this Agreement, whichever occurs first.
